Rasmussen Construction has been headquartered in Rushford since Mark founded the company in 1987, and a meaningful share of the homes in this town and the valley around it carry our framing. We build across every kind of local site: in-town lots, walkouts stepped into the bluffsides, and — our favorite — country homes on acreage up in Rushford Village and along the Root River valley toward Peterson, Houston, and Lanesboro. Acreage builds come with questions town lots don't ask (wells, septic, driveways measured in tenths of a mile, machine sheds to plan around), and after 150+ homes in this country, we know the answers.
Every build runs the same way: an honest fixed bid with allowances spelled out, Josh and Justin on-site daily, local subs we've trusted for decades, and a walkthrough where we're as picky as you are — because we'll be seeing this house, and you, for the rest of our lives.
